DETAILS OF THE 2010 WARD-RILEY FAMILY REUNION HAVE BEEN ANNOUNCED BY BOB WHITE.    The reunion is planned for July 31, 2010.  Anyone related to the Wards or Rileys is welcome!  The much anticipated family history book by Manonia Snell is expected to be available by then.   Please click HERE to read the announcement.

It is with sadness that we report the death of Robert Earl Woodham.  He died at his home on August 3rd, 2009.  Robert Earl was one of the earliest Riley and Woodham family researchers, and was instrumental in piecing together the original John Riley, Sr., line of descendants.  He will be greatly missed.

Manonia Snell a well known Dale County, AL, genealogist is gathering information for a book on the Rileys and Wards of Dale County. Contributions including old  photographs, family stories and anecdotes, and detailed information on specific descendants are all respectfully solicited.
